Custom Domain not working

It’s been more than 24 hours and Qliker says the DNS for my custom domain isn’t pointed at Qliker yet.

Here’s a screen shot of what I did in my namecheap account.

The main domain is pointed to tracking links, and the ‘rotate’ is pointed to the rotator.

What am I doing wrong?!

Hi @fostejam,

If you want to point a main domain to qliker.io in value add (qliker.io) and for host add dot (.) , for rotator you need to create a subdomain and point to qliker.io.

Thanks,
Slavko Belic

Didn’t I create the subdomain in the image above for the rotator?

If I go to ‘smooth.ninja’ right now, it takes me to your 404 page:
https://track2.qltrk.com/l/fostejam

So to some extent, it knows to redirect to you.

What needs to be changed to make this work properly?

added the (dot) like you suggested. Didn’t help ;(

For main domain you need to add only dot (.) not (www.). After that, you need to add these two domains in https://qliker.io/app/domain and validate. Then you need to create new link/rotator with your domain/subdomain. Also, check our YouTube channel for more details https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCj9dpc0rSIDu22oz-gz5aoA
