Access blocked for one or more of the following?

Anytime i try to go to a link or check an email and click a link it says my access has been blocked for one or more of the following. How can I fix this

In links stats check your IP, there you have an explanation of why it is blocked (proxy, server, bad user, etc).
In most cases proxy server is the reason.
