Hi! I’m a first time user. I just signed up for a new account hoping to do a test run of the software during the 14-day trial period and now, when I log back in, I’m getting the error message “Your account was suspended due to late payment.” How do I enable the trial?

You can use the free trial (14-Day) only once, after that you have to pay for the subscription.
