How do you put the client’s name on the tracking link, instead of John Doe?
If he is logged in with his Qliker account it will be his name, otherwise it will show John Doe, cool, isn’t it 
?

No, not cool. If they don’t have a Qliker account, then they will see “John Doe” and, here in the US, that’s considered rude.
