Qliker charged excessive Bill from me

I use $20 starter plan with monthly billing. But Qliker charged the bill from my card two times within a month. It took $20 on 10 November and again $20 on 28 November. Please explain me why they did this and how can I get refund my money. Thank you.

I see two manual cancelations for your plans, you must know when you click on a new plan and leave the billing process your account is deactivated.

Double billing is refunded.

After the billing cycle ends, you need to use the new plan again if you don’t want your account to be closed.
