Rotator Always Go to the Backup URL

Dear Support, I need help on the rotator. I’ve read Qliker doc but did not find the answer.

I created a rotator with spillover mode. Inside it there are 2 URLs.

The first URL already done (the status is paused) so I drag the second URL to the top so It become the first URL now.

The problem is : whenever I visit the “rotator link URL”, it always redirect me to the back up URL Instead of the first URL. I tested this using several different devices but it keeps redirect me to the backup URL. How to solve this ?

Hi, you’ve set T1 to 92% and there is no room for link in your rotator to accept your visit since you are not a T1… cheers
