Stats does not tally, ACT is higher than UCL

Hi, can you please tell how come when I have 32 UCL, my ACR reading is 121.9%? Can this be a bug? Please see attached as reference.

Give us 2-3 days, we dedicated our full time starting from yesterday to recheck complete code behind pixels (act,eng,sales)
