Stopping payment for a few months

Hi there,

I would like to pause my clicker account for a few months as I would need to take care of my sick parent. How do I go about it and would all my settings be intact once I resume my payment to my account?
Also, what is the longest duration I can keep my qliker account “paused” ie non payment but with all settings intact so I can get back to it once i resume payment?

Hello @eychua,
We do not delete your account, only stats inside your rotator/link depend on your Plan:

Starter 1-year data retention
Advanced 2-year data retention
Professional 2-year data retention

Thanks alot for your reply. During the retention period, will all the setting in the qliker remain intact until it is restored again at a later date?

Yes, all settings will remain intact.

To cancel a monthly subscription, you need to go on billing page Qliker | Login and click on Cancel Subscription button.
